The Light Rail Transit Authority (lrta), Using A Single-year Framework Agreement For A Duration Of One (1) Year , Through The Corporate Operating Budget Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱1,290,500.00) Only, Inclusive Of All Duties, Taxes, And/or Other Charges, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Afore-mentioned Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Lrta Now Invites Bids From Prospective/interested Bidders To Bid For The Following Items In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184 On The Use Of The Approved Guidelines On The Use Of A Single Year Framework Agreement (outright Determination Of Lowest Calculated And Responsive Bid) Under Gppb Resolution No. 27-2019: Description One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Foods / Meals For The Trainings, Seminars, Workshops And Monthly Employee Relations Activities Of The Light Rail Transit Authority For Cy 2024 Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) ₱1,290,500.00 Bid Security Cash/cc-mc Bank Draft/ Guarantee Or Ilc (2%) ₱25,810.00 Surety Bond (5%) ₱64,525.00 Cost Of Bid Documents ₱5,000.00 Note: Prospective Bidders Have The Option To Post A Bid Securing Declaration Which Commits To Pay The Corresponding Amount As Fine And Be Suspended For A Period Of Time From Being Qualified To Participate In Any Government Procurement Activity In The Event It Violates Any Of The Conditions Stated Therein As Required In The Guidelines Issued By The Gppb. The Contract Period Is One (1) Year From The Issuance Of The First “call-off”. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Fifteen (15) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
