The Solicitation Is Being Released As Firm-fixed-price Contract Competition. the Library Of Congress National Audiovisual Conservation Center (navcc) Requires Specialized Hardware And Integration Support To Enable The Encoding Of Analog & Digital Audio And Moving Image Content From Various Physical Media Formats To Our Preservation & Viewing File Formats, And Transcoding Functionalities From One File Format To Another File Format. The Contractor Shall Provide, Install, And Integrate Encoding Hardware, Software, And Requisite Supporting/auxiliary Equipment For The Existing Video Lab 4 Indelt Automated Ingest (robots). This Contract Shall Result In A Completed, Fully Functional, Turnkey Encoding System. The Contractor Shall Also Provide The Installation And Configuration Of Uninterruptible Power Supply (ups) Units To Support The Encoding Hardware And Support Systems.
