The Legazpi City Water District, Through The 2023 Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Seventy-six Thousand Four Hundred Forty-eight Pesos Only (php376,448.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Lcwd-2023-163 Flow Meters (re-bid) (supply And Delivery Of 1 Lot – 8” And 4” Flow Meters – Mechanical Registers). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Payment Terms Shall Be Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Date Of Complete Delivery And Acceptance. 2. The Legazpi City Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On Or Before March 29, 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
