The Legazpi City Water District, Through The 2023 Corporate Budget For The Contract Approved By The Governing Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Eight Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-three And 15/100 Pesos Only (php3,869,763.15) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Lcwd-2023-096 Data Loggers And Ati Sensors (re-bid) (supply, Commissioning And Installation Of 1 Lot – Data Loggers (ati Sensor Compatible), Ati Sensor, Data Logger With Pulser (2 Flow And 1 Pressure) And Data Logger With Water Level Transmitter. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Payment Terms Shall Be Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Date Of Complete Delivery And Acceptance. 2. The Legazpi City Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
