The Procurement Will Be Conducted Through The Alternative Method Of Procurement, Specifically Negotiated Procurement, As Provided In Section 53.9 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. All Bids Higher Than Abc Shall Automatically Be Disqualified. 2.
