Bidder Requirements Bidders Must Meet The Following Requirements: • Must Be Operating In The Philippines For The Past Ten (10) Years. • The Brand Of The Elevator To Be Supplied Should Be None-proprietary And Must Be On The Philippine Market For At Least Ten (10) Years. • Must Have At Least 3 Certificates Of Very Satisfactory Performance From Previous Clients Within The Last 2 Years. • With Experience In Supply And Installation Of Hospital Elevator 6. Proposal Submission Requirements Interested Bidders Must Submit The Following: Technical Proposal: Company Profile And Relevant Experience. Detailed Methodology And Work Plan. Technical Specifications Of The Proposed Elevator System. Project Timeline And Milestones. Financial Proposal: Detailed Cost Breakdown, Including Equipment, Labor, And Any Additional Costs. The Supplier Warrants That The Goods Supplies Are New, Unused And Of The Most Recent Or Current Models And Of Prevailing/current Standard Production Of The Manufacturer And Shall Not Supply An Equipment That Is Likely To Be Declared End Of Sale Or Out Of Production Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of The Supply Of The Said Equipment. From The Date Of Delivery And Acceptance Of The Equipment, The Supplier Shall Warrant That The Equipment Are Free From Defects In Material And Workmanship Or Any Act Of Omission Of The Supplier And Shall Undertake Repair Or Replacement Of Any Part(s) Or Portion Of The Equipment Without Cost To Lpgh&stc. D. The Supplier Shall Submit A Notarized Certificate Of Availability Of Spare Parts For The Next Ten (10) Years. E. The Contractor Shall Submit A Warranty Certificate Indicating A Warranty Period Of Three (3) Years On Parts And Five (5) Years On Service.
