Contract notice: 400-19 ventilation|general renovation and extension of the indoor pool in leipheim The indoor pool in leipheim was built in the early 1970s and has been in operation since then. in the years 1997-1999 and 2002 there were partial renovations and extensions (sauna, small childrens area). the aim of the general renovation should be a "family-oriented sports pool with sauna". the water areas are to remain in their current size, the small childrens area, the sauna and the outdoor area are to be revised to make them more attractive. in particular, the technical equipment and bathing water technology no longer meets todays requirements and must be adapted to current standards.- new assembly of 11 st. central ventilation systems with heat recovery suitable for humid and chlorinated swimming pool air, total air volume approx. 80,000 m³/h including air ducts and air duct installations such as e.G. fire dampers, silencers with increased corrosion protection - new installation of 4 pcs. exhaust air systems z.T. suitable for fatty kitchen exhaust air, total air volume approx. 6,000 m³/h including air ducts and air duct fittings- new installation of air inlets/outlets for a total air volume of approx. 86,000 m³/h suitable for humid and chlorinated swimming pool air- new installation of 2 pc. self-supporting outdoor air towers d = 1,600mm made of stainless steel small refrigeration system with 5kw power for server room heat and cold insulation for air conditioning systems
