Contract notice: general renovation and expansion of the leipheim indoor swimming pool | 300-05 earthworks The indoor garden pool in leipheim was built at the beginning of the 1970s and has been in operation largely unchanged since then. in the years 1997-1999 and 2002 there were partial renovations or extensions (sauna, area for small children). the goal of the general renovation is to be a family-oriented sports pool with sauna . the water areas are to be retained in their current size, the toddler area, the sauna and the outdoor area are to be redesigned to make them more attractive. in particular, the technical equipment and bathing water technology no longer meets todays requirements and must be adapted accordingly to current standards.Excavation of the excavation pit to expand the indoor swimming pool in leipheim with different levels, total excavation cubature approx. 11,000 m³, transport of the excavated material to the storage area provided by the customer at the area pro (distance = 3 km), formation of heaps for sampling in the area per installation of soil replacement 50 cm across the entire area pit - cubature approx. 2,000 m³, cover the slopes with a foil note: all earthworks to be coordinated with the executing companies in the course of the following construction process, such as backfilling, foundation trenches, pipe / cable trenches and surface application etc. are listed in the lv shell construction - builder.
