Contract notice: general refurbishment of the multi-purpose building of the dinkelsbühl agricultural school - object planning building according to part 3, section 1 § 33ff. hoai 2021, performance phases 1 to 9 The ansbach district office is planning the general renovation of the multi-purpose building of the dinkelsbühl agricultural school. the subject of this award is the planning services for the object planning for buildings in accordance with part 3, section 1 § 33ff. hoai 2021, the performance phases 1 to 9.The ansbach district office is planning the general renovation of the multi-purpose building of the dinkelsbühl agricultural school. the building ensemble "luitpoldstrasse 5+5a" in 91550 dinkelsbühl, built in 1949/50 (parcel 1080, district dinkelsbühl) is located northeast of the old town of dinkelsbühl. the ensemble consists of a roughly north-south angled main building (number 5) and a smaller outbuilding parallel to luitpoldstraße (number 5a). the main building is approx. 39.50 m long (first line) and approx. 14.40 m meters wide. the outbuilding is approx. 12.70 m long and approx. 9.00 m wide. the main building is currently used as follows: in the northern part of the ground floor is the agricultural school with a teaching kitchen, classroom, dining room, adjoining rooms and three offices, in the kg there are the washroom and other ancillary and storage rooms. the southern part of the ground floor (four offices and a warehouse) is used by the "office for food, agriculture and forestry", the southern part of the kg is occupied by technical and storage rooms. the rooms in the north wing of the 1st floor are currently occupied by the school preparatory facility of the dinkelsbühl special education center . the southern wing of the 1st floor is used by the health department, there are 5 offices as well as a storage room and sanitary rooms available. the north side of the 2nd floor has been empty for several years. the southern part is currently occupied by the "parent, youth and family counseling center" and the "district social service". the building is not barrier-free. the basement of the adjacent building is rented for residential purposes. the vehicle registration office is located on the ground floor (raised ground floor). the upper floor (and attic) formerly used for residential purposes have been empty for some time. this building is also not barrier-free. both buildings are to be adapted in the course of the general refurbishment to the currently valid building law, building physics and building services requirements, whereby the refurbishment must be carried out in part during ongoing operation. the main building should be completely barrier-free, with the adjoining building the barrier-free use of the ground floor is aimed at. during the renovation it can be assumed that due to the ensemble protection of the dinkelsbühl old town, concerns of the monument protection have to be taken into account, even though the building its
