Description Security Services For Lto Ro Vi And Field Offices Minimum Requirements And Basic Qualifications Of The Security Guards: A.) Filipino Citizen; B.) Minimum Of 21 Years Old; C.) At Least 2nd Year College, Preferably College Graduate Of Sound And Alert Mind And Physically Fit For Security Duties; D.) At Least 5 Ft & 4in In Height And Of Medium Built; E.) Licensed And Properly Screened And Cleared By The Pnp, Nbi And Other Concerned Government Authorities; F.) Must Be A Holder Of Certificate Of Training For Security Guards Issued By Recognized Police Agency And Such Other Requirements Under Ra5487 As Amended; G.) Those With Military Background Must Submit Honorable Discharge Papers; And H.) Of Good Moral Character; I.) Must Be Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated. The Security Agency Shall Assign To The Procuring Entity Uniformed And Adequately Trained Security Personnel With Duly Licensed Firearms And Sufficient Ammunitions At All Times During The Tour Of Duty With Adequate Licenses And Permits From Appropriate Government Agencies And Fully Equipped With The Necessary Tools For The Successful Implementation Of Their Jobs. Each Guard Shall Be Equipped With The Following: *firearm- Pistol 9mm As Minimum Caliber With Fully Loaded Spare Magazine. Other Equipment Such As Nightsticks With Tear Gas Canisters, First Aid Kits, Flashlights, Raincoats, And Boots, And Umbrella Shall Be Provided. Transportation Shall Likewise Be Provided As The Need Arises. Additional Equipment Needed For Guards Doing Duty At The Regional Office And Bacolod City District Office 1. Handheld Radio 2. One (1) Metal Detector 3. One (1) 12 Gauge Shotgun With At Least Six (6) Spare Ammunitions For Each Office.
