Description Supply Of Supervision, Labor, Materials, Chemicals, And Equipment For The Preventive Maintenance Schedule (pms) Of Airconditioning Of Landbank Bacolod Gatuslao Building. Scope Of Project 1. Preventive Maintenance Services Every Three (3) Months • Cleaning The Aircon Indoor And Outdoor Unit, Electronics Components, Front Panel Assembly, Cables, Power Supply, Transformer, Main Board Assembly And Mechanical Parts. • Regular Check-up And Adjustments, If Necessary, Of Inputs/ Output Voltages, Calibration Of Charger. • Immediate Repair And Replacement Of Defective Spare Parts. • Regular Check-up Of Operating Pressure & Temperature And Making Necessary Adjustment For Maximum Efficiency. • Lubrication Of All External Moving Parts. • Checking/recharging/refilling Of Oil & Refrigerant Quantity In The System. • Regular Cleaning Of Air Filters, Cooling Coils & Fan, And Acu Drain Pipes Flushing. • Provision Of Free Portable Service Units If The Repair Will Take More Than 24 Hours. 2. Corrective Maintenance • Major Spare Parts (amount More Than P15,000.00) For Repair Of Air Conditioning Units, Fabrication Or Replacement Will Be Submitted To Field Support Services Center Vii-b For Prior Clearance To Proceed. 3. Contract Period One (1) Year. The Winning Bid Shall Be Determined Based On The Proposal With The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid, Provided That The Amount Of The Bid Does Not Exceed The Above Total Budget.
