Description Procurement Of Services Of A General And Fit-out Contractor For The Proposed Landbank Oriental Mindoro Lending Center Relocation/fit-out Itb No. Lbp-rbaciv-itb-2024-004 1. The Land Bank Of The Philippines (landbank), Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Three Million Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (php 23,770,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Services Of A General And Fit-out Contractor For The Proposed Landbank Oriental Mindoro Lending Center Relocation/fit-out. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Landbank Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 195 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
