This Notification Of Project Shall Be Considered As A Supplement To The Bid Documents For The Project And As Such Will Become Part Of The Tender And Contract Documents.   Project Title:      Tilbury District High School Water Heater Replacement Project No.:        2024-3-130   Project Location:              Tilbury District High School   Project Description/scope Of Work:  The Intent Of This Request For Bid Is To Obtain Bids To Complete The Water Heater Replacement As Outlined On The Scope Of Services. Any Contractors Submitting To This Project Will Be Required To Be Deemed Qualified By The Lkdsb Contractor Qualification Program. 2.0          Tendering Schedule: Planned Issue:  march 22, 2024 Planned Submission Deadline:  april 5, 2024 Project Start Date:   as Agreed By The Board. The Purchaser May Amend Any Timeline, Including The Submission Deadline, Without Liability, Cost, Or Penalty, And Within Its Sole Discretion.  The Project May Be Subject To The Canadian Free Trade Agreement And Other Applicable Agreements.
