Description Supply Of Labor And Equipment For The Annual Preventive Maintenance Service Of Aircons At Llda Building. Aircon System Of Llda Building Included Are As Follows: Fcu System: Ceiling Cassette Split Type Aircon – 50 Units Ceiling Mounted Split Type Aircon – 4 Units Wall Mounted Split Type Aircon – 31 Units Floor Mounted Split Type Aircon - 1 Unit Total Number Of Fcu System - 86 Units Accu System: Multi-split Type Accu – 13 Units Single Split Type Accu – 33 Units Total Number Of Accu System - 46 Units Scope Of Works: 1. The Provider Shall Conduct 4 Preventive Maintenance Services (every 3 Months) Of Fan Coil Units (fcu) And Air-cooled Condensing Units (accu) For 1 Year. The Scope Of The Works Includes The Following: For Fan Coil Units (fcu): A. Cleaning Of Fcu Coils, Filters, Drain Pans And Housing B. Check And Clean The Aircon Drain Lines C. Re-align Damaged Fins (if Needed) D. Check For Signs Of Water Leaks At Cooling Coils, Valves And Fittings E. Check And Inspect Fcu Fan/blower F. Check The Functionality Of Drain Pumps, Thermostat And Actuators G. Check And Re-tighten The Electrical Terminals Of The Fcu H. Check And Record Its Operating Voltage And Current For Air-cooled Condensing Units (accu) A. Cleaning Of Accu Coils, Fans/blowers And Housing B. Re-align Damaged Fins (if Needed) C. Check For Sign Of Leaks At The Compressor, Valves And Fittings D. Check And Inspect All Electrical Components. Record Its Voltage, Current And Refrigerant Pressure E. Check And Re-tighten The Electrical Terminals Of The Accu 2. Any Repairs, Freon Charging, Replacement Of Aircon Parts Shall Be Quoted And/or Billed Separately By The Provider (with Proper Documentation Attached) 3. Submission Of Service Reports Every Completion Of Pms, Check-up And Inspection. Approved Budget: Php380,000.00 The Following Documents Must Be Included In The Submission Of Price Quotation: 1.
