Description Invitation To Bid For The Design And Build Of Multi-function Area Within Laguna Lake Development Authority (llda) Building, Renovation And Rehabilitation Of Existing Facilities Contract No. Mfa-2024-02 1. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (llda), Through The Approved Corporate Operating Budget (cob) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty-eight Million Pesos (php68,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract For The Design And Build Of Multi-function Area Within Llda Building, Renovation And Rehabilitation Of Existing Facilities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Llda Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Three Hundred Forty-five (345) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
