For The Lake-based Guardhouse 1. Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Construction Of Lake-based Guardhouse (approximately 16 Square Meter Area) With The Provision For The Monitoring Area, Restroom And Kitchen/dining Area. The Footing Of The Guardhouse Must Be Made Out Of Concrete Post For Stability. The Materials To Be Used At The Guardhouse Must Be Appropriate And Able To Withstand Any Weather Disturbances Like Typhoon And Earthquake. 2. Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Installation Of Solar Panel System To Provide Lights And To Power Electronic Appliances Like Fans, Mobile Phone Chargers Etc. 3. Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Replacement Of Kitchen Counter Including Tiles And Stainless Lavatory And Replacement Of Rest Room Fixtures And Tiles Including Water Closet, Toilet Bowl And Lavatory Using The Existing Items Stored At Llda Cardona Office. The Contractor Must Provide Additonal Materials Needed If The Existing Items Does Not Suffice To Finish Such Works. 2.
