Request For Services For Consultation And Evaluation Services For United Mental Health Promoter Project Rfs No. Dmh05202024b1 The Los Angeles County Department Of Mental Health Is Issuing This Request For Services (rfs) To Solicit Responses For One Contract With One Organization That Can Provide Consultant And Evaluator Services To Support New, Smaller, Community-based Organizations Contracted In Support Of The United Mental Health Promoters (umhp) Project.
