The Public Service Broadcasting Assignment (see Chapter 5 In The Notice) Consists Of, Amongst Other Things, Requirements To Deliver Daily Nationwide News Broadcasts With A Base In The Tenderer's Central Newsdesk, Norwegian Or Sami Language Programmes For Children And Youths Respectively, As Well As Premiers Of Norwegian Or Sami Films And Tv Dramas. In Addition The Public Service Broadcasting Assignment Also Requires That The Tenderer Must Have Its Main Editors And Central News Editors In Norway, At Least 100 Km Outside The Centre Of Oslo. The Ministry Of Culture And Equality Would Like To Enter Into A Contract With The Applicant That Has The Best Plans For Nationwide News Broadcasts With A Base In The Tenderer's Central Newsdesk, Norwegian Or Sami Language Programmes For Children And Youths Respectively, And Premiers Of Norwegian Or Sami Films And Tv Dramas, See Chapter 8.
