The Supplier Must Provide The Labor And Materials Needed For The Job. B. The Materials That To Be Incorporated To Work Shall Be Of Approved And Standard Quality Based On The Specifications Provided. The Supplier Shall Deliver The Items Within Ninety Days (90) Days After Signing Of Contract/ Purchase Order (po). D. Inclusion Of 6 Months Warranty On Labor Only For All Repairs. E. Bid Price Must Be Inclusive Of All Charges. F. Must Submit A Valid Business Permit And/or Any Proof Of Facility Within Mindanao Only. (compliance Upon Submission Of Bid)
