The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works related to supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Diesel Generator (DG) sets having a capacity of 900 KVA, 11 KV output voltage or above along with associated works for Railways/Highways tunnels. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Given the tender value is Rs.7,49,22,637/-, the amounts for the above categories would be: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of Rs.7,49,22,637/-, which is Rs.2,24,76,791.10, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of Rs.7,49,22,637/-, which is Rs.2,99,69,054.80, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of Rs.7,49,22,637/-, which is Rs.4,49,53,582.20. The minimum average annual contractual turnover required is Rs.3,74,61,318/-. The bidder should submit a statement of similar nature of works executed/completed and works in progress, including details as per the specified appendices.
