Note:(i) All Usable Earth arising From Cut Spoils Shall Be Led Into Bank Formation And Unusable Spoils Shall Be Dumped / Stacked away From Toe Of Embankment. (ii) All Hard Rock /and Boulders Not Fit For Filling Will Be Stacked By The contractor And Will Be Property Of The Railways.(iii)cut Trees Shall Be Property Of Railways And To Be deposited In The Railway Godown Unless Specified Otherwise In The Conditions Of Contract.
