The required prior work experience for the bidder includes producing credentials of a similar nature of completed work with a minimum value of 30% or 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed work, each with a minimum value of 25% or 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. For a single running work, the bidder should have completed it to the extent of 75% or 80% with a value not less than the desired value at 30% or 40% of the estimated amount. The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years within the country. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the estimated amount for a single completed work - 25% or 30% of the estimated amount for each of the two completed works - 75% or 80% completion of a single running work - The value of the single running work should not be less than the desired value at the first option (30% or 40% of the estimated amount) Additionally, for work value more than 1.0 Crore, the bidder must have one Degree holder engineer and two Diploma holder engineers posted on site. The bidder should provide information on similar work in progress, and for similar works completed, the details include: - Work order number and date - Work value in INR (in Lakhs) - Completion time in months - Actual start and completion dates of the work - Reasons for delay in completion, if any. The bidder may also be required to provide an additional performance security equivalent to 10% of the tendered amount if the accepted bid value is more than 20% less than the estimated amount put to tender.
