The bidder should have a minimum of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender of completed work in the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed a single running work of similar nature with a value of not less than the desired value, to the extent of 80% or more. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual average turnover of at least 40% of the estimated amounts put to tender of the last three financial years. The bidder needs to submit credentials supported by a work order, price schedule, or BOQ of work, and a completion certificate issued by a competent authority, indicating the value of the work, estimated amount, date of completion of the project, and detail communicational address of the client. The required documents to be submitted by the bidder include Technical Credential, Work Order, BOQ of work or price-breakup schedule, Payment certificate, and Completion Certificate for the work completed/running, along with a Current Bank Solvency Certificate of minimum 25% of the estimated amount put to tender.
