The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime agency during the last 5 years, prior to the date of issue of the notice, execution of at least one civil work, comprising building works etc., of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed similar nature of multiple works (more than one) of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, or completed 80% of work of any running project of similar nature, in a single tender, amounting to 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - 1 (one) completed work of ₹2,17,80,209.41 - Completed multiple works of ₹87,12,084.00 - Completed 80% of any single running work of ₹65,34,063.00 The works should be under the authority of State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory bodies constituted under the statute of the State/Central Government or local bodies. The work should include construction of a four storied Ujukhana (toilet block) with elevator system, main entrance gate, renovation of existing pond, road etc., in connection with Furfura Mazar (Furfura Darbar Sharif), including construction of a single storied Choto Ujukhana, boundary wall, installation of paver blocks etc. and other allied works. The minimum amount values are: - ₹87,12,084.00 - ₹65,34,063.00 The percentage mentioned is 80% for a single running work and 40% of the estimated amount put to tender for a single work, and 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for multiple works.
