Contract notice: provision of services for the maintenance of the drainage system of the city of krakow in the years 2021–2022 1. for the first part of the order: "performance of kraków city drainage system maintenance services" - part i, sródmiescie area - in 2021-22. 2.This contract has been divided into two separate lots, the subject of which is: 3. for the first part of the order: "performance of kraków city drainage system maintenance services" - part i, sródmiescie area - in 2021-22. 4. the contracting authority described the subject of the contract (for each of the two parts of the contract separately) using the following documents: • list of billing elements - annexes 4a and 4b to the terms of reference, • basic standardization - annexes 5a and 5b to the tor, • list of inlet grates - annexes 6a and 6b to the terms of reference, • list of works covered by the guarantee - annexes 7a and 7b to the terms of reference. 5. detailed requirements, scope of obligations and terms of implementation are specified in the material provisions of the contract - annex 3a (for part i of the order) and 3b (for part ii of the order) to the terms of reference. 6. required warranty period: the minimum required warranty period is 36 months. the contractor may extend the warranty period to a maximum of 60 months. 7. the ordering party allows submitting partial offers for individual parts of the order from 1 to 2. the contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts - one or both parts of the contract. 8. the contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the public procurement law in the amount not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic order. they will be awarded when there is a justified need to extend the subject of the contract - respectively for part i and part ii. - detailed regulations are included in the terms of reference together with attachments. 9. the ordering party, in accordance with art. 29 sec. 3a of the public procurement law, requires the employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities indicated by the contracting authority in the scope of the contract (except for persons performing the so-called independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the construction law act): a. lower technical level employees - organization and implementation of services and construction works; b. manual workers - direct performance of services and construction works. the ordering party allows the possibility of personal execution of the order by persons conducting business activity or partners of a commercial law company. 10. the ordering party allows the contractor to perform the contract in question with the use of subcontractors, which he is obliged to indicate in section d in part ii.
