The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is: 1. Electrical works: - Three completed electrical works each of value not less than Rs 124 Lakhs - Or, Two completed electrical works each of value not less than Rs 186 Lakhs - Or, One completed electrical works each of value not less than Rs 248 lakhs 2. Fire Protection System (FPS) works: - Three completed FPS works each of value not less than Rs 7.48 lakhs - Or, Two completed FPS works each of value not less than Rs 11.23 lakhs - Or, One completed FPS works each of value not less than Rs 14.97 lakhs 3. Elevator system works: - The bidder should associate with Elevator OEM and have successfully completed Elevator works as listed below, during last seven years. - Three completed Elevator works each of value not less than Rs 31 lakhs - Or, Two completed Elevator works each of value not less than Rs 46 lakhs - Or, One completed Elevator works each of value not less than Rs 62 lakhs 4. ELV works: - Three completed ELV works each of value not less than Rs 19 lakhs - Or, Two completed ELV works each of value not less than Rs 23 lakhs - Or, One completed ELV works each of value not less than Rs 38 lakhs 5. Average annual turnover: - The bidder shall have an average annual turnover of not less than 50% of PAC of the work during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year. 6. Solvency certificate: - The bidder shall submit a solvency certificate of value not less than 40% of PAC of work from Nationalised / Scheduled bank within 6 months from the date of publish of tender.
