Contract notice: Procurement of housing services for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitators KEUDno-2020-527 The object of the acquisition is housing services and housing-related services for customers who have a need for support due to problem drug use or a mental health problem or other need for support referred to in section 11 of the Social Welfare Act. Other services related to housing include social rehabilitation, professional support staff and guidance and counseling. The subject of the acquisition is also a first aid service for homeless people. This is a temporary night-time accommodation service, which can also be visited while intoxicated. The content and minimum requirements for each service are described in the service description for the service, which is annexed to the call for tenders within the procurement system. The subject and conditions of the procurement system are described in the Annex to the request for participation Principles of a Dynamic Procurement System. At the start-up stage, the procurement system is divided into categories as follows: - Category 1 Supported housing - Category 2 Service housing - Category 3 Enhanced service housing - Category 4 Professional support staff activities - Class 5 First Aid Service.
