Savion regional renovation 2020 Keravan kaupunkitekniikka is requesting your contract offer for the municipal technical renovation of the savio area. This is an acquisition above the national threshold. The contract boundaries are set out in the contract boundary annex annexed to this invitation to tender. The content of the contract is presented in the contract documents, eg in sections 1 and 3 of the contract program. This invitation to tender is also published in the hilma public procurement electronic notification channel. Construction work can start at the earliest when the contract is signed, tentatively at the end of august. There is no milestone in the contract. The construction work must be carried out continuously. The contract includes the water supply network of tuomikatu, raitakuja and pihlajakatu and the renovation of the street structures in accordance with the contract documents. The contract includes all construction work with materials completed for the contractor as defined in the contract documents and the obligations of the main contractor (reference yse § 1).
