The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in the relevant field, with specific requirements for different types of work, such as construction of Water Treatment Plants and Sewage Treatment Plants. For construction of Water Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a water treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 1 MLD output capacity. For construction of Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a water treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40 MLD. For construction of Water Treatment Plants with modern technology, the bidder must have constructed a water treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40 MLD, and minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant with similar technology. Additionally, for rehabilitation works of Water Treatment Plants, the bidder must have experience of minimum of 25% output capacity with similar technology. For O & M Works of Water Treatment Plant, the bidder must have experience of minimum of 25% output capacity with similar technology. For construction of Sewage Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD capacity, the bidder must have experience of minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity. For construction of Sewage Treatment Plant above 5 MLD capacity, the bidder must have experience of minimum of 10% capacity. The bidder should also have experience of having successfully completed a single work worth minimum 40% of the tendered PAC for his Sole/Joint Venture/Partner of the joint venture within the last five years, with annual escalation @ 5% (simple interest) allowed for the cost of works completed in the previous years. In terms of financial criteria, the minimum average annual turnover of the tenderer submitting this bid shall be greater than 20% of the estimated cost of the work, subject to a maximum requirement of Rs. 500 lakhs, and the minimum average annual turnover of the tenderer submitting this bid shall be Rs. 163.10 Lakhs. The net worth of the applicant shall be more than 15% of the annual turnover and not less than 10% of the average annual estimated cost of this contract, with a minimum net worth of Rs. 81.55 Lakhs. The lead partner in a joint venture should meet at least 40% of the qualification criteria in terms of annual turnover and net worth, and any other partner should meet at least 25% of the qualification criteria.
