The bidder is required to have experience of having successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to tender, for Government/Semi Government Clients during the last 5 years. The bidder should submit a Certificate of experience from the Agreement Authority of the completed similar work, which should contain details such as Name of work, Agreement number, Estimated cost, Contract Price, date of start and date of completion, whether the work has been completed satisfactorily, and other relevant information. The bidder is required to provide information on their prior work experience, specifically on similar works completed over the last six years. The information to be provided includes the contract, company, experience, and details of all works in progress. The bidder should also provide a summary of their experience in the neighborhood work and/or neighboring states. The bidder should provide the percentage of participation of their company in the project, and whether the contract was satisfactorily completed, including time provision. Furthermore, they should provide the value of work completed and certified, and the percentage of partial completion, as well as the scheduled date of completion. The annual value of construction works undertaken for each of the last five years and the current year should also be provided. The bidder's financial arrangements for the proposed work should also be mentioned, including the exact amount in rupees of their own resources. A weightage of 5% per year is given to the bidder's annual financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years to bring them at the current price level. The bidder should possess adequate working capital of more than 10% of the probable estimated cost of work for which they are bidding.
