Market dialogue / work in kemi! (esf) individual and job coaching services Work in kemi! the esf project will build a multidisciplinary joint employment service between the lapland employment and economic development office and the city of kemi, from which jobseekers and employers will receive information, advice and guidance promoting employment from one place. The primary target group of the project is chemical jobseekers belonging to the structurally unemployed, whose service needs are assessed in cooperation with the employment and economic development office and the city~s employment services so that the client is better directed to services that meet their service needs. Procurement of different levels and personal coaching to meet the needs of the client for those clients of the project who need personal coaching to move to work, training or other employment-promoting services. The service is procured on a customer-specific basis and must be implemented in accordance with the individual goals and identified needs established with the job seeker. Personal customer meetings must be arranged in the area of the city of kemi, but within the framework of possible interest rate restrictions, it can also be implemented as a remote service, taking into account the customer~s capabilities and situation. In connection with this acquisition, the city of kemi will organize a market dialogue for those interested in the acquisition on thu 26 november 2020 at 10-11.30 as a teams meeting. Those interested are asked to register for the event by 12 noon on tue 24.11.2020 at hankinnat@kemi.fi. Those who register will be provided with a participation link by e-mail. Up to 3 participants / organization. The market dialogue is informative in nature, but a free-form discussion is also possible. The market dialogue is not saved.
