Qualifications Requirements Include: (i) General Construction Experience: Experience Under Construction Contracts In The Role Of Prime Contractor, Jv Member, Subcontractor, Or Management Contractor For At Least The Last Six (6) Years, Starting 1st January 2017. (ii) Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience: Experience As A Prime Contractor In The Construction Of At Least Two (2) Work Of Similar Nature And Complexity In The Last Six (6) Years With A Value Of Usd 3.2 Million Or Its Equivalent For Each Lot (lot 1,2,3,4 And 5) (iii) Average Annual Turnover Calculated As Total Certified Payments Received For Contracts In Progress Or Completed, Within The Last Six (6) Years Of Usd 8 Million For Each Lot (lot 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5) Or Its Equivalent. (iv) Minimum Amount Of Liquid Assets And/or Credit Facilities Net Of Other Contractual Commitments Of Usd 1.8 Million Or Its Equivalent Per Lot. Regarding Award Criteria For Multiple Lots, The Employer Will Aggregate Minimum Requirements For Respective Lots/packages As Specified Under Items 3.1, 3.2 And 4.2(b) Of Section Iii (evaluation And Qualification Criteria).
