The Purpose Of This Rfq Is To Select A Suitable Supplier To Conduct A Review Of Consultants Contracted To Provide Technical Assistance Within Unaids And To Identify Ways To Streamline And Strengthen The Technical Support Provided. Key Requirements And Description Of Services: • Review Of Consultants In Supplier Databases, Including In The Unaids Enterprise Resource Planning (erp) Platform And The Technical Support Mechanism (tsm). The Technical Support Mechanism (tsm) Facilitates The Provision Of Technical Support And Strategic Learning For Unaids And Partners For Specific Technical Work Streams. Operationalized Through A Contract With The Oxford Policy Management (opm), The Facility Operates Through An Integrated Approach - Centrally Managed By Unaids Hq - But Country Driven With The Aim To Provide Technical Assistance To Accelerate Aids Response Implementation In Countries With Emphasis On People Left Behind, And Including Optimal Utilization Of The Global Fund Grants On Hiv And Tb • Assessment Of The Nature Of Work Carried Out By Consultants Through A Review Of A Sample Of Consultancy Tors And Reports. • Focused Interviews With Key Informants – Staff, Consultants, Partners Etc. Consultant Profile • University Degree In Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Or Other Related Areas. • Experience And Knowledge Of Qualitative And Quantitative Data Collection And Analytical Methods; • Knowledge Of The Hiv Epidemics And Regional Responses; • Work Experience With United Nations Agencies Or Other International Organizations; • Strong Analytical And Writing Skills. • Proficiency In English. Proficiency In French Is An Asset, But Not A Requirement. • Experience Of Erp Or Other Corporate Resource Planning Platforms.
