The Purpose Of This Consultancy Is To Provide Specialist Senior Communications, Advocacy, Influencing And Strategy Support To The Executive Director And The Executive Office During A Key Period Of Policy Engagement On Intersecting Inequalities. It Will Include Providing Strategic Support To The Executive Director’s Priority “education Plus” Initiative. The Following Activities Are Required Under This Contract: • Advise And Draft For The Executive Director On Positioning On Communicating Priorities, Particularly The Inequality Framing, In Both External And Internal Core Messaging. • Draft Top Priority Op-eds, Articles, Speeches And Other Materials For The Executive Director. • Advise On The Influencing And Political Strategy And Plan For Outreach On The Education Plus Initiative, Including Providing Political Insight And Strategic Support And Guidance To Teams. • Support, Accompany And Guide Communications And Exo Staff, Supporting Them In Product Development And Strengthening Their Own Delivery Capability The Consultant Will Be Employed For 144 Working Days Starting On 11 January 2021 With All Tasks Delivered By 31 December 2021.
