Rfp-2022-185 Technical Assistance For Expansion Of Hiv Services For Key Populations (kp) And People Living With Hiv (plhiv) In Latin America Open New Window & The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (rfp) Is To Enter Into A Contractual Agreement With A Successful Bidder And Select A Suitable Contractor To Unaids Is Seeking An International Consultant To Provide Technical Assistance And To Coordinate Implementation Of The Project Technical Assistance For Expansion Of Hiv Services For Key Populations (kp) And People Living With Hiv (plhiv) In 11 Latin America - Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay And Peru, Within The Regional Global Fund Component Sustainability, Transition And Efficiency Strategic Initiative The Consultant Will Coordinate And Lead The Work Of The Global Fund Project Towards Achievement Of The Following Four (4) Project Products From Jan 2023 To December 31st 2023, All Which Are Within The Framework Of The Signed Unaids And Global Fund Agreement: 1. In-depth Assessment To Inform The Expansion Of Integrated And Differentiated Hiv Services For People Living With Hiv And Key Populations In 11 Countries In Latin America. 2. Country-tailored, Action-oriented Roadmaps For The Expansion Of Integrated And Differentiated Services, Including Community-led Services, For Key Populations And Plhiv. 3. Country-tailored, Community-led Hiv Service Delivery Guides For Key Populations And Plhiv Support Governments And Civil Society In Implementing These Programs And The Roadmaps 11 Countries In Latin America. 4.
