It Is Against This Background That The Department Seeks To Contract A Highly Skilled Resource Mobilisation Consultant With A Recent Proven Track Record In Resource Mobilisation For An International Or Global Entity To Support The Department To Develop Undertake A Strategic Funding Dialogue And Develop A Resource Mobilization Strategy As Well As Support Efforts To Catalyse And Boost Current Resource Mobilisation Efforts. Unaids Is An Organization That Is Dependent On The Budgetary And Extra-budgetary Contributions It Receives For The Implementation Of Its Activities. Bidders Are Therefore Requested To Propose The Best And Most Cost-effective Solution To Meet Unaids Requirements, While Ensuring A High Level Of Service.
