The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with specific requirements for different contract values. For contract values up to 50 crores, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 67,86,000/- (50% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract) or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 81,43,000/- (60% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract) or one similar work of value not less than Rs. 1,22,15,000/- (90% of 50% of the estimated value of the contract) in the last five years. For contract values more than 50 crores, the bidder should have completed two similar works of value not less than the amount indicated in the appendix (usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract) in the last five years. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of certain items of work, including cement concrete (425.00 Cu.m.), earthwork in excavation (585.00 Cu.m.), and brick work (250.00 Cu.m.), which is usually 50% of the estimated quantity. Additionally, the bidder or their sub-contractor should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount as indicated in the appendix. The required experience for key personnel includes: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 15 Years Exp. (5 years as Manager) - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. (5 years in Building Construction) - Quality Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 10 years Exp. - Electrical: B. Tech + 5 Years Experience or Diploma Electrical + 8 Year Exp The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The bidder is required to provide information on the quantities of work executed as prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed is not specified, but the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. However, for subcontracting, the component of the works should be more than 10 percent of the Bid Price. The amount involved in the contract value is Rs. 2.5 Crore or more for certain requirements, and Rs. 20 Crores or more and Rs. 50 Crores or less for different conditions. The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during the implementation of the work. The bidder should provide evidence of access to financial resources, including cash in hand, lines of credit, and other financial resources facilities, certified by the bankers, which should be at least 20% of the contract value.
