The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than 2.5 Crore, which is the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period. Additionally, the bidder must provide evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, certified by the bankers, with a minimum of 20% of the estimated cost. The bidder must also undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. If any elements of the work are to be subcontracted, costing more than 10% of the bid amount, the bidder must provide proposals for such subcontracting.
