The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest - Security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by MeitY - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Local content certification from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made - Certification from a statutory auditor or cost auditor (for companies) or a practicing cost accountant or chartered accountant (for non-companies) for declaration of local content percentage.
