The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Substantial completions shall be based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The bidder should have achieved a minimum average financial turnover on execution of civil engineering works during any of the year out of the last five financial years not less than 50% of the proposed contract/contracts applied. The required prior work experience for the bidder's team members is as follows: - Project Manager: B.E Civil + 10 Years Exp Or Diploma in Civil with 15 years experience - Site Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 Years Exp Or Diploma with 7 years experience - Plant Engineer: B.E Mech. + 3 Years Exp. Or Dip. Mech.+ 7 Years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E Civil. + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil.+ 10 Years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E Civil. + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil.+ 10 Years Exp. - Survey Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 8 years Exp. The bidder should have experience in works valuing above 2.5 Crores. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The average annual financial turnover in any of the year out of the last 05 years should be 50% of the advertised cost. Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities should be 10% of the advertised cost. The bidder shall invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the contract during the implementation of work.
