Eligibility requirements: - Not being insolvent, not being in receivership, not having a conflict of interest, not being bankrupt or being wound up, and not having affairs administered by a court or a judicial officer - Not being blacklisted or debarred by any utility or government agency - Not having been convicted of an offense under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, or the Indian Penal Code, 1860 - Installation by farmers on their own land or through a developer - Government Id - Undertaking of no conflict of interest/blacklisting/debarment/bankrupt - Undertaking of having requisite land or lease for 26 years Values: - 26 years: The period for which the bidder should have their own requisite land or undertaken farmers' land on lease - 0.25%: The stamp duty for the Bank Guarantee - 5%: The escalation rate for annual lease rent every two years - Rs 25000: The maximum stamp duty for Non-judicial Stamp Paper Technical certification: - Digital Signature Certificate (Class II & Class III) as per the requirement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
