The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering, with a maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last 7 financial years. The bidder should have executed certain quantities of work in any one financial year of the last seven financial years, including: - Concrete Work: 23800 Cum - Steel Work: 7722300 Kg - DM/ Interlocking Tile: 45000 Sqm The bidder should also have completed at least one similar nature work in the last seven financial years, including the current year, of a value not less than 33.33% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 11401 Lac. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of at least 33.33% of the estimated cost of work, which is Rs. 11401 Lac, in any one of the last seven financial years. The bidder should have completed at least 70% of the particular work during the seven years period if the work has started before the above seven years criteria. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on their prior work experience and existing commitments, with a formula of Bid capacity = A * X * N * 3B, where A is the maximum value of civil engineering work executed in any one year during the last 7 financial years, updated to present price level, and N is 0.75, which is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which the bid is invited. The bidder's bid capacity will be deducted by the maximum value, updated at the present price level, of disputed amounts claimed in litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts executed in the last seven years. The weightage for the present price level of turnover, cost of completed work, and disputed amount under litigation or arbitration for the previous years' values shall be given as follows: - For the current year: 100% - For the first last financial year: 90% - For the second last financial year: 82% - For the third last financial year: 75% - For the fourth last financial year: 69% - For the fifth last financial year: 63% - For the sixth last financial year: 56% - For the seventh last financial year: 50% The bidder should furnish certificates from the concerned Engineer-In-Charge in support and verification of the information furnished. The bidder should also provide self-declaration regarding machinery and equipment required for deployment. The bidder should provide information regarding works executed in the last seven years, including the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year, taking into account completed as well as works in progress. The bidder should also provide certificates from a Chartered Accountant indicating the maximum value of civil engineering work in one financial year. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be executed during the prescribed period should also be provided. The bidder's bid capacity will be calculated based on this information, and any incorrect or concealed information may render the bid liable for rejection.
