The bid capacity required includes: 1. Bidding document fee: Rs. 5,000/- 2. RISL Processing fee: Rs. 2,500/- 3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 2% of the Estimated value, which is INR 7.19 Crores, calculated using the formula: EMD = 0.02 * Estimated Value, where Estimated Value is INR 359.87 Crores. Additionally, the bid capacity required includes: 1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of Rs. 10.0 Cr. in last 3 financial years, calculated using the formula: Average Annual Turnover = (Total Turnover for last 3 years) / 3. 2. Positive (+ve) Net worth at the close of the preceding financial year. 3. Project values not less than ₹5 crores for at least two projects in the IT/ICT/ITeS sector during the last three years. The total project cost can be calculated using the formula: E = C X D, where C is the cost per school for 5 years and D is the number of schools.
