We Want To Work With Providers Who Are Committed To Ensuring Islington Residents Receive High Quality Early Intervention And Prevention Support. The Council Is Proposing To Secure A Contract With A Suitably Qualified And Experienced Provider(s) To Provide Early Intervention And Prevention For Adults. The Council Welcomes Single, Consortia Or Lead Provider Bids. Details Of How Contracts Will Be Awarded Is Explained Within The Procurement Documentation. The Requirement The Service Will Provide A Comprehensive Proactive Early Intervention And Prevention Offer Which Provides Information And Advice; Access To Social Interactions And Community Connectedness; And One-to-one Enablement Support. The Service Will Support Adults Aged 18+ In Islington, With An Emphasis On Those Aged 50+. The Service Will Provide Innovative Solutions That Align With Local Early Intervention And Prevention Ambitions And Maximise Resources And Links To Connect People To The Borough's Existing Rich And Diverse Voluntary Community Sector Offer.
