The Isabela State University – Ilagan Campus, Through The General Appropriations Acts Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven & 97/100 Pesos Only (php 1,432,711.97) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Campus Gymnasium Phase 5-b.
