The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, which is defined as Earthwork in constructing canal including excavation, filling, blasting, and constructing hydraulic structures. The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. These similar works should be completed within the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder's bid capacity should be at least equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work, and the average annual turnover of the bidder in construction works during the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level adding 8% simple interest every year. The chartered accountant's certificate should confirm the average annual turnover, and the bidder needs to upload a performance report of the work as proof of their experience. The bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five financial years, using the formula: Bid capacity = (A*N*M-B), where A is the maximum turnover.
