The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost of work * Two Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost of work * One Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work The completion date for the above experience should fall within the preceding seven years. The substantially completed works mean the works for which at least 80 percent payments of the contract value have been received. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the Estimated Cost of work - 50% of the Estimated Cost of work - 80% of the Estimated Cost of work - 30% of the estimated value of work - 80 percent payments of the contract value - 7% per annum simple rate for enhancing the actual value of work Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover certificate in Civil engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last three financial years.
