The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having successfully completed similar works as a contractor in the same name and style during the last 7 financial years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar successfully completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender, - Or two similar successfully completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender, - Or one similar successfully completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of personnel with the contractor/firm for the work, including their designation, name, qualification, date of appointment, professional experience, and details of works carried out. The bidder also needs to provide information about the work tendered for, including the cost of work remaining to be executed, anticipated date of completion, and stipulated date and period of completion.
