The bidder should have executed similar work, which includes various civil works such as Spillways, Dams, Barrages, and Canals. The experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years is required. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. For works costing more than 100.00 Lakh and less than 500.00 Lakh, the bidder should have specific personnel, including Work Managers, an Engineer Graduate, and administration and management personnel, with expected professional experience. The bidder should also have the necessary financial solvency, and should furnish details of plant available for use on works, technical personnel, and a brief description of works in hand and tendered for.
