The bidder should have executed similar civil work, with experience of having successfully completed similar nature civil works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar nature works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender. - Or two similar nature works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender. - Or one similar nature work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to the tender. The values are updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. The work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should provide details of personnel with the contractor/firm for the work, including their designation, name, qualification, and professional experience, and submit a certificate of actual work done in the amount of ongoing works, issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
